Features and Applications:

AE series is a roller type single-question clutch without bearing support. It needs bearings to bear radial and axial loads, and needs lubrication and sealing.

The nominal size of the outer diameter is the same as that of a standard ball bearing.

The typical use of this clutch is to install it with a bearing with the same bore tolerance.

The inner ring of the clutch is fixed to the shaft with a key, and the outer ring has a positive tolerance of r6 grade, which can be pressed into the seat hole with a tolerance of H7. A groove is required to transmit positive torque.

If the tolerance grade of the seat hole is R6, no key extrusion is required, but the outer ring seat must be strong enough to avoid deformation after assembly.
